Rich, heady nose with deep, dark black fruits including black cherry, ripe plum, blackcurrant. An incredible high cocoa chocolaty ripeness makes this a cut above the norm, full bodied but enough acidity to retain elegance. Perhaps lacking in imagination to say this, but really this is the soul mate of a Pampas Plains Rump Steak in a pepper sauce.
