A vintage sparkling wine made in the Traditional Method, this is another stunning wine from the NQN paddock. Made up of 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay, this is a fruity wine with a hint more sweetness than many of the dry, acidic Champagnes in this price range, but also a lot more body, including a fine streak of yeasty toast. Strongly recommended for a very special occasion, such as a wedding, a christianing, coming home from work.... |
