With an enchantingly sweet fragrance, but surprisingly, dry elegance on the palate, this 100% Torrontes is perfect with delicately flavoured foods, and particularly good with Sushi! It has a bright golden yellow colour with a brilliant silvery edge. On the nose there is chamomile, geranium, orange peel, peaches and honey and on the palate again chamomile with honey, peaches and ripe sweet lemons. Good balance of acidity and ripe fruits, appearing sweet, but with a clean dry finish. |
