Subtle grassy notes on the nose with a richer than expected palate. More elegant than the Kiwi verrsion of this variety, but still very new world with more body and ripe, fresh grassy zest than a Sauvignon from the Loire, for example. As the long, grey winter passes, the joy of spring is encapsulated in the bottle. |
